Estate Jewelry Haul

Over Labor Day weekend, I had an opportunity to shop some estate jewelry.  A friend of the family had come across (for lack of a better term) a jewelry hoarder.  Needless to say, when the woman passed, there was a lot of jewelry left over.  So our family friend went through it, categorized it and set up shop.  The "sale" is being used as a fundraiser to help a local organization she is very involved with.  This organization saves animals from being euthanized and finds them a good, new home

We got to look through tables and tables of mostly costume jewelry and pick out what we liked.  Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of how much their was. We were some of the last to go through the it so I can't even imagine how much was there in the beginning.  Of course, I was happy to "pay" to buy this jewelry and help out a good cause!  Here is what I scored:

The downside is, this all probably one of a kind jewelry and I don't even know where to begin to find anything similar online.  My apologizes for that!  Have you ever shopped estate jewelry?  Did you find anything good?

    1. Thanks lady! Next I need to tackle how to keep it all organized. =-/
